Job description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate candidate to make something awesome.



  • Effectively communicate with all departments
  • Create outstanding 3D assets from scratch or from Concept designs that make us super excited about playing the game
  • Produce strong inspiring artwork to sell the vision internally and externally
  • Report to the Art Director
  • Enforce the quality bar across all elements of the game and be responsible for delivering the final look of the game on the device
  • Operate within a fast-paced “let’s see it in the game” environment
  • Work in collaboration with the Art team to define pipeline and processes for all visual aspects of the game
  • Document the process and identify problems
  • Give feedback and clear briefings to the art team
  • Bring passion for collaboration and operate pro-actively
  • Be an idea machine: Pitch in and be heard!
  • Exude a positive attitude and be ready to make cool shit!



  • University/Bachelor degree in Art, Design or related/comparable qualification
  • 5+ years of industry experience as 3D Artist with participation in at least 4 relevant titles or projects
  • First leadership experience in an art team
  • Must have experience in modelling characters, environments and props, rigging is a plus
  • Excellent low-poly modelling and texturing skills, high-poly is a plus
  • Strong familiarity with mobile trends and best practices
  • Deep understanding of optimized asset creation and implementation
  • Be receptive to Art Direction
  • Passion for gaming, especially for mobile casual games
  • Ability to work in different styles, shown in a varied and strong portfolio
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior artists
  • Must be mature, self-motivated, and results oriented
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English
