Tasks to inspire:

  • Processing and handling all players’ inquiries in Gameforge’s support system
  • Checking and monitoring the game worlds
  • Live support in direct contact with our customers
  • Documenting and reporting errors
  • Working and sharing information across an international team


Qualifications to convince:

  • German language skills on a native level (C2), both written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, additional languages are an advantage
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to handle any kind of customer in a polite and professional manner
  • Experience in Customer Support, ideally in online games
  • Independent, autonomous way of working
  • Self-motivated, quality-driven work ethic
  • Passion in matters of online games (MMOs, MOBA, FPS)
  • General technical proficiency: Computer hardware, MS Windows, MS Office and the Internet
