Your tasks will be:

  • Administration, analysis and improvement of campaigns for live games and new titles
  • Responsibility for the product-specific marketing budget, the preparation of marketing plans, product forecasts and business cases 
  • Identification, acquisition and control of cooperation partners
  • Responsibility for strategic and operational target achievement 
  • Effective collaboration with multiple teams within the company (Data Analysis, Localization, Product and Brand Management)
  • Administration of third-party platform campaigns, e.g. on STEAM
  • Collaboration with the Brand Marketing Team to develop strategies, campaigns and placements that drive growth while improving acquisition costs
  • Monitoring of advertising expenditures in the most important advertising channels 
  • Provision of product marketing analyses and asset recommendations to optimize performance through fast, data-driven iteration and A/B tests
  • Execution and optimization of ROI-based performance marketing campaigns
  • Briefing of internal Marketing Department and external agencies/service providers
  • Independent implementation and coordination of projects
  • Continuous monitoring of market and competitive trends

Qualifications to convince:

  • Degree in a business administration, media studies, marketing or communication related field or relevant vocational training
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in performance marketing of a reputable brand or agency
  • Experiences in the areas of content marketing, affiliate marketing, project management are an advantage
  • Experiences in and comprehension of the gaming industry especially in the field of free-2-play 
  • Good knowledge of common office software, especialy Excel, and technical know-how
  • Great analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, confident appearance, proaktiv, team spirit and social competence
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
  • Resilience paired with the will to walk an extra mile if necessary
  • Brand champion and ambassador for the responsible products
