Job description


The CRM team’s primary focus is to leverage the highly engaged database of Gameforge users across the globe to gain insight and to develop long term relationships and communications primarily through the email channel and web while exploring new channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior CRM Manager to bring new ideas and drive engagement and revenue in an already successful CRM team.

 

 

Tasks to inspire:

  • Develop effective working relationships with the CRM team, multiple stakeholders in product and a wide and experienced support network (internal creative & translation services, design, IT support and ESP support)
  • Plan, test, deploy and optimize email campaigns across the full set of Gameforge products
  • Provide reports and insights into audience segmentations as well as engagement and revenue results using wide suite of reporting platforms
  • Build campaigns end to end
  • Brief and manage internal or agency resource
  • Define segmentations for email or web audiences and retargeting campaigns (Facebook, Google, etc.) exploitation extensive internal BI capabilities
  • Work with line manager to effectively plan monthly and quarterly resource ensuring campaigns and programmes are aligned with broader business objectives
  • Deliver unique and innovative experiences championing best practice and pushing the creative and technical boundaries

 

Qualifications to convince:

  • Educated to degree level, ideally in marketing or a business-related degree 
  • Proven experience in managing the end-to-end email campaign process (planning, briefing, testing, sending, reporting) within a high pressure and multi-language environment
  • Proven knowledge on HTML, responsive and dynamic email templates 
  • Experience with life cycle trigger automations and customer data to deliver commercial results is a desired but not essential
  • Experience using email platforms such as ExactTarget, Salesforce or Adobe Marketing Cloud, dotMailer, Silverpop
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade upwards and outwards
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Proficient knowledge in Email Deliverability and Whitelisting
  • Experience in delivering testing & optimization plans and proven track record in optimizing campaigns in a quantitatively robust manner
