Job description

The Shared Service Department is responsible for the central, highly available platforms which are used by all Gameforge games. As part of our team, you will work on varied and challenging projects, including the development and further enhancement of our software and data management systems.  


Tasks to inspire:

  • Implementation and support of our platforms, which connect the world of games and business 
  • Maintenance and further development of our linked systems in order to guarantee permanent process optimization
  • New development of applications in the area of billing and statistics
  • Design and evaluation of the integration of international payment providers

Qualifications to convince:

  • Bachelor of Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent 
  • First experience and knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (e.g. PHP7)
  • Good knowledge of SQL, preferably MySQL
  • First experience with LAMP 
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Distinct ability to communicate and work in a team
  • Great curiosity and willingness to familiarize yourself with new tools, technologies, but also with foreign, extensive codes
