Job description


 

YAGER is on the lookout for a passionate Player Support Specialist for its current project, The Cycle (www.thecycle.game). If you are passionate about games and excited about working in a strong team culture where your voice counts, we have a great opportunity for you at YAGER.

 

Responsibilities

  • You are the central link between player issues and our company
  • Actively build and define our customer service department
  • Stimulate process innovations and optimizations, also in coordination with other departments
  • Identify and set up a ticket system which fits our needs
  • Assist in identifying and managing an external support provider
  • Evaluate and improve the quality of our customer support both internally and with external agents
  • Forecasting, budgeting and strategy development for our customer support department
  • Ensure that previously defined KPIs are achieved
  • Setting the benchmark of professional customer correspondence via our support channels and leading by example
  • Close cooperation with second level support for technically complex queries

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience with Customer Service software
  • Familiar with the regulations of data storage and account ownership verification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, one or two other languages are a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to influence at all levels
  • Responsible and independent way of working
  • Passionate about video games

 

Desirable skills

  • Experiences in the customer support field for a games publisher is a plus
  • Experience with free-to-play games
