Working Student Player Support - Remote (f/m/d)

We are looking for a student who loves games and wants to help us to communicate with our players. You will get the chance to be part of the team that makes ‘Idle Miner Tycoon’ and ‘Idle Factory Tycoon’, whilst working from home, around your studies.

Our Player Support team are a key part of our games’ success and directly impact our ratings and feedback, which is incredibly important.

This role will be solely focussed on answering player queries and questions in English and German. You will communicate with the community via email and our app store reviews.

We are looking for a passionate gamer who can channel their passion to bring world-class customer service to our players. Please note, although this role is a remote position, we are only accepting applicants who reside in Germany.

This role will initially start as a 3-month contract, with the possibility to extend if performance and productivity goals are met.



  • Reply to players using our email/messaging tool Helpshift
  • Reply to app store reviews
  • Categorize, track and report technical issues for our QA team

Required skills

  • Excellent written communication in English and German
  • Highly motivated and well-organised work approach
  • Must reside in Germany
  • Available to work 20 hours a week (any day, any time)

Desirable skills

  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Experience in customer support is beneficial
