We need support at our location in Hamburg at the earliest opportunity and are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d)- Online Games

Your Quests:

• You are responsible for the operation of an MMO game with emphasis on content, monetization and marketing
• You define the strategic roadmap for the game to increase longevity of the product and reach milestones and KPI targets
• You analyze key figures, identify optimization opportunities, draft possible improvements and solutions for identified problems
• You will work closely with the community team, the game developers, marketing and other departments to coordinate efforts for reaching the common goals
• You are responsible for the planning and execution of sales and promotions to increase the long term success of the game
• You will design the product strategy and be responsible for its implementation within agreed timelines together with the related departments
• You will monitor, assess and continuously optimize the results of these actions based on data, KPIs as well as qualitative feedbacks

Your Gear:

• You have a strong interest in and enthusiasm for online games (especially MMORPG’s), also privately
• You have 2+ years of professional experience in product management, production or similar, in the gaming industry
• You have experience in monetizing Free to Play MMOs
• You have a high affinity for numbers as well as organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of German language is an advantage
• You are committed and motivated to promote the product independently and solution-oriented

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of technology/IT would be an advantage
• Ideally you have already successfully launched a game.
