To strengthen our team in Hamburg, we are looking for a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for a certain number of companies in the team.    

 

YOUR TASKS

 

• Checking, account assignment and posting of supplier invoices, including processing of all invoice-related workflow processes as well as the related activities.
• Clarification and reconciliation of accounts payable and clearing accounts
• Preparation of payment transactions
• Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Active participation in the optimisation of existing accounting processes

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a tax clerk (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in the field of accounting
• You enjoy numbers and the basics of commercial law are no challenge for you
• You are proficient in the use of MS Office programmes, in particular Excel and Word
• You work in a structured and independent manner
• Good written and spoken English
• You are a team player, like to get things done and work independently
