Area of Responsibility

• Converting new ideas into detailed game mechanics.
• Compiling design documents.
• Realizing new game mechanics while working closely with different departments (graphics, programming, and quality assurance).
• Documenting existing gameplay and monetization.
• Analyzing user behavior in our games.
• Conducting competition analysis.

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of working experience as a Game Designer in the gaming industry.
• Your knowledge of modern game design paradigms and the monetization of free-to-play games is excellent.
• You are able to write high-grade design documentation in English and consecutively adapt it.
• You understand the technical processes in video games and apps well.
• You provide good mathematical-analytical abilities and confident use of Excel.
• Experience in programming and rapid prototyping is a plus.
• Affinity for card games is a plus.
• Your written and spoken English skills are very good up to native.
• Good German skills are an advantage.
