YOUR MISSION

Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for a communicative, solution-oriented and structured Team Lead for our Product Management Department. In this disciplinary leadership position, a young, international and motivated team of strategic and operational product managers awaits you, who are passionate about our own products such as SINN, Prime League and 99Damage. In cooperation with your employees, you will have many opportunities to develop yourself and your team. Together with them you further develop the personal working atmosphere within the team, which is characterised by recognition, respect, appreciation and team spirit.

• Building a highly motivated and high-performing product management team in cooperation with the HR department and the line manager
• Promoting the development of own employees
• Conducting candidate selection and interviews
• Planning workshops and meetings for knowledge building and team building
• Regular exchange with own employees in the form of stand-ups, feedback and development meetings
• Building trusting relationships and effective communication at all levels
• Aligning employee aspirations with the company's goals and values

YOUR PROFILE

Required Skills: 

• Proven experience in managing and supervising employees
• Experience in the selection of suitable candidates, as well as in conducting interviews
• Strong interpersonal and trustworthy communication skills, diplomatic mediation skills, confident demeanour and good assertiveness skills
• Experience in the implementation of complex products
• Deep understanding of how to manage processes and tasks within a product lifecycle
• Results-oriented and commercially focused mindset with a talent for finding the optimal solution for more profitable product design
• Very good English and German skills, both written and spoken

Desired Skills:

• Affinity to gaming and/or esports and already first contact points with our products 
• Previous experience using Jira and Confluence
