Senior Billing Support Manager (m/f/d)
We need support at our location in Hamburg at the earliest opportunity and are looking for a Senior Billing Support Manager (m/f/d)
- Coordination of the Billing Support Team
- Answer to customer support tickets in a professional manner in multiple languages
- Quality Control and Review Process of Tickets
- Control center in communication with employees in product management, community management, customer support
- Control center in communication with the support of the payment service providers
- Working knowledge of English and one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish or Portuguese
- At least 3-year experience in a professional environment
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience in online payment solutions is a plus
- Strong task focus and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of common operating systems and MS Office
- Passion for working in a startup environment within a performance-driven company
- Basic knowledge of Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) games is a plus
