JUNIOR SALES MANAGER (M/F/D)

For our headquarters in Cologne we are looking for a Junior Sales Manager Online Marketing / Creator Marketing.

As Sales Manager you are in daily contact with well-known gaming brands (PC / Console / Mobile), work out creative campaign concepts in close alignment with the different units of our agency group and represent MOTHERSHIP during pitches with potential new clients.

Your Tasks:

• Developing a sales strategy to acquire new clients from the gaming and gaming-related industries (brands, agencies)
• Setting up a sales pipeline for continued reach-out towards new prospects
• Creation of custom-tailored media and creator campaign concepts for clients and presenting them during calls and face-to-face meetings
• Assisting in the creation and implementation of a social media- and PR strategy
• Drafting contracts for new clients

Requirements:  

• Strong affinity towards social media and creator content
• Passionate interest in gaming
• Previous experience in marketing-related sales positions desirable
• Team spirit and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Self-assured appearance
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree (Bachelor, Master) or relevant work experience
