in Teilzeit (30h/Woche) als Elternzeitvertretung für mindestens ein Jahr.

Deine Tätigkeit:

• Beratung von Produzent:innen von XR-Inhalten bezüglich des Antragsverfahrens
• Bearbeitung und Evaluierung der Antragsunterlagen im Hinblick auf Inhalt, Production Value, Team, Auswertungschancen etc.
• Begleitung der geförderten Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg, die das Vertragsmanagement übernimmt
• Vorbereitung und inhaltliche Begleitung von vier Gremiumssitzungen pro Jahr
• Aufbereitung von Unterlagen für etwaige Fragestellungen nach Projektabschluss
• Mitwirkung an der permanenten strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Förderangebote
• Repräsentation des Medienboard bei nationalen und internationalen Branchenevents

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung, bspw. bei einer XR-, Film- oder TV-Produktionsfirma, einem Auswerter, einer Brancheninstitution oder einer anderen Fördereinrichtung
• Überblick über den XR-Markt und innovative Erzählformen, neue Technologien und Auswertungsmodelle
• Erfahrung mit der inhaltlichen und wirtschaftlichen Bewertung von Projekten (Kalkulation, Finanzierung, Marktfähigkeit, Zielgruppe, Auswertungsstrategie)
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
• Hohe Belastbarkeit auch in Zeiten größeren Arbeitsaufkommens
• Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office und Office365
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in textile product development, textile product design and/or textile merchandising
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design studies or comparable education.
• General knowledge/understanding of textile product development, including print methods, production process, material constraints and general timelines
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills
• Comfortable with design and development processes that includes managing feedback from multiple sources, constructive criticism, and creative direction
• Solution-oriented and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills, experience in handling multiple simultaneous projects
• Ability to work independently, while being very supportive and able to work in a collaborative team environment
• Good project management and communication skills, capacity to share clear information and give precise instructions
• Structured working manner with a lot of attention to details and consistency, in compliance with fixed guidelines

• Experience in marketing materteral creation, coordination and approval is a plus
• Onsite presence in Frankfurt office at least three days per week to inspect physical samples

Tasks

• Supervising the overall design direction of the material created in European Artwork & Design department
• Mainly supervising licensed merchandise and Nintendo merchandise that use Nintendo IP including the characters
• Creating new designs/layouts (Packaging, PR material, goods like giveaway, event booth, displays etc.) in compliance with global quality standards and a strong appeal to European customers, based on assets prepared by Nintendo Headquarter in Japan
• Developing a deep understanding of Nintendo quality standards and coordinating design approval with various internal stakeholders
• Coordinating the license and co-promotional design approval process between Nintendo and external stakeholders
• Accelerating the approval process by making design proposals when necessary to communicate the adjustment points effectively to the suppliers and licensees
• Educating internal and external partners about Nintendo IP guidelines and rules
• Performing other administrative and design tasks not related to merchandise approval assigned by the supervisor
• Supporting the development of process documents, guidelines, and training material for internal and external partners

Requirements

• University degree in Graphic Design studies or comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in character merchandise approval and/or merchandise development
• Several years of professional experience in graphic design creation and/or art direction (character goods, packaging, advertisement, editorial content, logo, font, icons, style guides) 
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• Good project management and communication skills as well as capacity to share clear information and give precise instructions
• Structured working style with a lot of attention to details and consistency, in compliance with fixed guidelines
• Very supportive and teamwork-oriented mindset and flexibility depending on each situation with a wide perspective
• Strong interest for Nintendo IP including products and characters, also in Japanese culture

• Supporting with the management of the assets provided to the licensees
• Assisting in the development of process documents, guidelines, and training material for internal and external partners
• Collecting, organising and archiving product samples
• Communicating with the Nintendo merchandise teams in Japan and US regarding mutual projects, merchandise related assets, guidelines and updates
• Performing other administrative and design tasks not related to merchandise approval assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Two to three years of professional experience in merchandise approval and/or merchandise development
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design studies or comparable education
• General knowledge/understanding of product development, including print methods, production process, material constraints and general timelines
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills
• Must be comfortable with design and development processes that includes managing feedback from multiple sources, constructive criticism, and creative direction.
• Solution-oriented and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills, experience in handling multiple simultaneous projects
• Ability to work independently, while being very supportive and able to work in a collaborative team environment
• Good project management and communication skills, capacity to share clear information and give precise instructions
•  Experience in handling multiple simultaneous projects
• Structured working manner with a lot of attention to details and consistency, in compliance with fixed guidelines
• Strong interest for Nintendo products and Japanese culture
• Experience in marketing materteral creation, coordination and approval is a plus
• Onsite presence in Frankfurt office at least three days per week to inspect physical samples

Requirements
