Your Tasks

  • Support the Senior Director, Organizational Development drive PLAION’s people strategy and help shape an empowering employee journey that attracts, retains, and develops talents
  • Ensure every HR process empowers employees to display the organizations’ values throughout their work and behavior
  • Disciplinary leadership of an HR team
  • Facilitate general People Administration, including employment contracts, absence management, reference letters, etc.
  • Provide guidance and support for Legal / Compliance People Management
  • Oversee the Recruiting Process by attracting, identifying, interviewing and hiring the right talents
  • Lead the coordination of the Salary and Benefits for the German entities, providing guidance and advice for managers on local remuneration matters
  • Redesign our Onboarding, Reboarding and Offboarding processes to make them values-based
  • Support Employee Development by establishing a local career level plan for all disciplines and managing a centralized role / title convention across all disciplines of the German entities, as well as managing the appraisal/feedback processes
  • Promote our People Framework programs and initiatives by encouraging participation in development programs and facilitating its local implementation
  • Drive further employer branding programs in cooperation with the Global HR Relations Team and in coordination with Senior Director, Organizational Development
  • Maintain Health and Work Safety Management via operational health programs with the aim to positively influence the health and well-being of employees

 

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, including progressively responsible positions such as HR generalist, HR manager, or HR business partner
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required
  • A strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, Human Resources Information Systems, compliance with labor law, and employee development is required
  • Management experience in comparable position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are required
