Tasks
- Taking over various roles/responsibilities in projects across various IT systems for the My Nintendo Store, incl. Frontend, Middleware and Backend
- Being the point of contact for internal customers like Logistics or Finance and supporting them with their different requirements
- Handling tickets and coordinating all related activities from requirements management, alignment with all relevant parties, realisation, testing to monitoring during and after deployment
- Coordinating the external service partner
- Monitoring the different system functions and interfaces to connected systems (log files), especially during product releases or peak business phases
- Managing users and authorizations on the Middleware system
Requirements
- Degree in IT ideally with focus on IT project management or similar field or several years of equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience with demand management and requirement management
- Excellent communication skills even in stressful situations in English and German (written and spoken)
- Ability to take over ownership for the different projects, project tasks and tickets combined with the ability to work independently, self-organized and solution-oriented
- Teamwork-oriented mindset, structured working manner as well as proactive way of working
- Ability to switch between different topics and roles
- Very good analytical skills
- Good understanding of business processes and its dependencies especially in an eCommerce environment
- Skills in SQL and understanding of web-services and APIs
