Tasks

• Monitoring interfaces on a daily basis for external service providers (IDOCs and automated jobs)
• Acting as an interface between Nintendo IT and Nintendo business departments
• Optimizing IT processes
• Providing end-user training and maintaining process documentation
• Coordinating tickets and open topics for analysis
• Coordinating testing activities
• Supporting projects
  
  

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a comparable field
• Professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or SAP IT within an international company
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Fluent written and spoken English and German
• Strong analytical skills
• Assertiveness, a hands-on mentality, and the ability to perform under pressure
• Strong drive for results, initiative, and change orientation as key competencies
