As part of our Marketing & Corporate Design team, you will generate premium marketing content at scale while maintaining the quality bar of a skilled artist. You won't just use AI tools—you will build the systems, prompt libraries, and workflows that define the future of our visual output. Your mission

• AI-driven creation. You generate high-quality marketing content at scale—statics, key visuals, short-form video—using AI generation tools, ensuring brand and style consistency across the InnoGames portfolio.
• System building. You build and maintain prompt libraries, integrate AI into the team's daily pipeline, and train your team members on best practices while staying ahead of emerging tools.
• Asset production. You deliver statics and videos for performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Unity/ironSource, building modular motion systems and scalable templates.
• Quality refinement. You retouch and refine AI-generated content to production quality, diving into After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Photoshop when the brief calls for it—from moodboard to final delivery.
• Cross-functional collaboration. You collaborate closely with UA Managers on creative strategy and data-driven iterations, engaging with core KPIs while reliably maintaining Jira tickets, Slack channels, and deadlines.

Your skill set

• Design craft. You showcase strong design fundamentals—typography, animation, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy—backed by a portfolio highlighting both AI-generated and traditional motion work.
• AI expertise. You bring expert-level prompting skills across statics and video, demonstrating a proven ability to generate consistent, brand-aligned results. You actively track the AI landscape, experiment naturally, and bring new tools to the team.
• Tool mastery. You navigate After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, and Photoshop with ease, utilizing your experience in creating motion systems and modular templates for digital formats.
• Marketing knowledge. You understand creative testing fundamentals, core KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPI/CPA, ROAS), and the major UA platforms, including format constraints, safe zones, and specs.
• Communication. You confidently discuss creatives with UA/CRO managers, provide clear feedback, and thrive in a feedback culture, communicating fluently in English on a daily basis.
• Bonus experience. You stand out even further if you bring 3D skills (Cinema 4D, Blender), game engine experience (Unity, Unreal Engine), or a background in the gaming industry.

• Compensation & Fair Play. We have career models as well as market-competitive salary grids in place that ensure that we treat our employees fairly. For this regular-level position, the salary range is between € 41.000-53.000 gross. Your seniority level (junior, regular, senior) will be evaluated during the interview process. The salary ranges for other seniority levels differ.
