Tasks
- Supporting month-end closing activities with a clear focus on inventory accounting, inventory valuation, and operational cost structures across Supply Chain, Operations, and After Sales.
- Ensuring high-quality data in SAP and helping improve the accuracy and consistency of our financial reporting.
- Providing detailed financial analyses for operational topics, business initiatives, and cross-functional improvement projects.
- Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles for Supply Chain, Operations, and After Sales, ensuring transparency and reliable, meaningful planning.
- Turning financial results into clear, actionable insights that support informed decisions and drive performance.
- Challenging existing processes and structures and look for ways to simplify, automate, and digitalise.
- Identifying inefficiencies and reducing low-value activities through data-driven problem solving.
- Supporting ongoing improvement efforts within the controlling landscape by being collaborative, curious, and open to new approaches.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, or Audit.
- Strong SAP knowledge and the confidence to work with complex datasets and question existing system setups.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft tools, especially Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and PowerPoint.
- A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style, with the ability to interpret financial data quickly, spot patterns, and get to the core of business drivers.
- A hands-on and collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and the confidence to work with stakeholders across different functions.
